Udew has launched an ambitious project aimed at developing a more conscious collective memory and stimulating the critical spirit of individuals who encounter spaces related to Italy's colonial history every day. For this initiative, a special itinerary has been created, exploring several emblematic locations, including streets and monuments that tell deep stories and meanings, which the educators focused on. Through reflection and discussion, participants had the opportunity to engage with each other, sharing anecdotes and curiosities about the city we live in, thus creating an inspiring environment and a stronger sense of community. In this way, Udew not only promotes historical awareness, but also encourages active participation and civic engagement, reminding us that these places are not just testimonies of a history that is often forgotten; they also represent an opportunity to collectively rewrite our memory. For this project, we collaborate with Inc-lusion, S-COM and Jkpev.
