This report describes in detail what the project it’s about, its theme, methodology and scope.
The main objective of the project aim to promote education in and through sports, more specifically to promote the quality of coaching in grassroots football and basketball (F&B) by setting up a cross- curricular and trans-European network of sports and educational stakeholders to realise achallenging innovative project.
The project partners will develop, test, evaluate and disseminate a sustainable European F&B model for increasing the sports organisations capacity in terms of coaches’ education and training. Team Up envisages to elaborate for the first time in Europe sports federation – based grassroots coaching educational program based on a new Methodology aimed at innovative training of the youth in football and basketball.
