Our commitment to Team Up continues as we went to Sofia to work with our partners on developing a new training methodology and creating educational modules for coaches.
A key moment for the development of Team Up was the fourth Transnational Partner Meeting held in** Sofia**, Bulgaria, where representatives from all project partners, together with a group of coaches who will become ambassadors of the activities, gathered to discuss the future of the program. Progress was made in defining the new training methodologies and educational modules for the coaches, aiming to ensure their applicability across different sports and cultural contexts.
In addition to specific techniques for improving athletic performance, we worked on integrating social and emotional skills to develop not only better athletes but also more self-aware and mature individuals. We also focused on intersport training techniques, allowing coaches to use cross-disciplinary skills and approaches between football and basketball to enrich athletes' sports experience, combining the strengths of two very different sports.
The Team Up project continues to grow thanks to its focus on the quality of education in sport and its innovative vision, which blends different sports and develops cross-disciplinary skills, alongside the Municipality of Trani, UNIVIE, the Bulgarian Basketball Federation, and the Bulgarian Football Union.
